GA4 aplic\u0103 m\u0103suri de protec\u021bie precum anonimizarea\/limitarea IP \u0219i colectarea datelor UE prin infrastructur\u0103 UE.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/analytics\/answer\/12017362?hl=en&amp;utm_source=chatgpt.com\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Google Help+3Google Help+3MeasureU+3<\/span><\/a><\/p><p><b>Cookie-urile de analiz\u0103 GA4 se activeaz\u0103 doar dup\u0103 consim\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul dvs.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, prin bannerul de cookie-uri de pe website (unde pute\u021bi accepta\/refuza). Lipsa consim\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului nu afecteaz\u0103 posibilitatea de a face rezerv\u0103ri, doar statistica anonim\u0103 a site-ului.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Datele din Google Analytics sunt p\u0103strate maximum 14 luni, conform set\u0103rilor active ale contului GA4<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Detalii suplimentare despre cookie-uri g\u0103si\u021bi \u00een <\/span><b>Politica de cookie-uri<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de pe website.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>6. Supraveghere video (CCTV)<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unitatea Hungaro Residence utilizeaz\u0103 sisteme de supraveghere video \u00een zonele comune (ex.: exteriorul cl\u0103dirii, intr\u0103ri, recep\u021bie, parc\u0103ri, holuri), exclusiv pentru asigurarea securit\u0103\u021bii persoanelor, bunurilor \u0219i spa\u021biilor.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scopul prelucr\u0103rii:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prevenirea \u0219i combaterea incidentelor de securitate;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">protejarea persoanelor \u0219i a bunurilor;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ap\u0103rarea drepturilor \u0219i intereselor legitime ale operatorului.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Temeiul legal:<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Art. 6 alin. (1) lit. f) GDPR \u2013 interesul legitim al operatorului, const\u00e2nd \u00een necesitatea de a asigura securitatea spa\u021biilor, a angaja\u021bilor, a clien\u021bilor \u0219i a bunurilor aferente.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Localizarea camerelor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Camerele sunt amplasate exclusiv \u00een spa\u021bii comune.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu exist\u0103 camere \u00een camerele de oaspe\u021bi, b\u0103i sau alte zone private.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Durata de stocare<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Imaginile sunt p\u0103strate pentru o perioad\u0103 limitat\u0103, de regul\u0103 \u00eentre 15 \u0219i 30 de zile, dup\u0103 care sunt \u0219terse automat, cu excep\u021bia cazului \u00een care exist\u0103 un incident de securitate care justific\u0103 p\u0103strarea lor mai mult timp.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Cine are acces:<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accesul la imaginile video este strict limitat la persoane autorizate ale operatorului sau la autorit\u0103\u021bile competente (ex.: poli\u021bie), exclusiv \u00een situa\u021bii justificate.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu transfer\u0103m imaginile video c\u0103tre ter\u021bi \u0219i nu utiliz\u0103m sistemul CCTV \u00een scopuri de marketing, analiz\u0103 comportamental\u0103 sau alte activit\u0103\u021bi intruzive.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>7. <\/b><b>Cui divulg\u0103m datele<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Putem transmite datele dvs. doar c\u0103tre:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>procesatorul de pl\u0103\u021bi EuPl\u0103tesc<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (pentru finalizarea tranzac\u021biei);<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>furnizori IT \/ hosting \/ mentenan\u021b\u0103 website<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (strict pentru func\u021bionarea platformei);<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Google LLC<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (prin GA4), \u00een baza set\u0103rilor \u0219i contractelor standard Google pentru GDPR;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy?hl=ro&amp;utm_source=chatgpt.com\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">policies.google.com+2Google Help+2<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/a><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>autorit\u0103\u021bi publice<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (doar c\u00e2nd legea o cere).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prestatori de servicii externe (contabil, avocat, etc)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu vindem \u0219i nu \u00eenchiriem datele dvs. c\u0103tre ter\u021bi.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>8. Transferuri \u00een afara Spa\u021biului Economic European<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anumite servicii utilizate de website (\u00een special Google Analytics 4) pot implica transferuri de date c\u0103tre furnizori care \u00ee\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 activitatea sau utilizeaz\u0103 infrastructuri situate \u00een afara Spa\u021biului Economic European (SEE), cum ar fi Statele Unite ale Americii.<\/span><\/p><p><b>8.1. Transferuri legate de Google Analytics 4<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Google poate procesa anumite date limitate (ex. identificatori online, informa\u021bii tehnice despre browser\/dispozitiv, evenimente de utilizare a site-ului) pe servere din afara SEE.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceste transferuri se realizeaz\u0103 <\/span><b>doar \u00een baza urm\u0103toarelor garan\u021bii conforme GDPR<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Clauze Contractuale Standard (SCC)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> aprobate prin Decizia Comisiei Europene;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>m\u0103suri suplimentare de securitate implementate de Google<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, precum:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">anonimizarea\/mascarea automat\u0103 a adreselor IP;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">procesarea ini\u021bial\u0103 \u00een centre de date din UE;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">criptarea datelor \u00een tranzit \u0219i \u00een repaus;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">politici interne stricte de acces \u0219i control.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Datele colectate prin GA4 sunt <\/span><b>agregate \u0219i anonimizate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, nefiind utilizate pentru identificarea direct\u0103 a utilizatorilor.<\/span><\/p><p><b>8.2. Transferuri legate de procesatorul de pl\u0103\u021bi EuPl\u0103tesc<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EuPl\u0103tesc proceseaz\u0103 datele aferente tranzac\u021biilor (de ex. sum\u0103, status, referin\u021b\u0103 plat\u0103) exclusiv \u00een cadrul Uniunii Europene.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EuPl\u0103tesc <\/span><b>nu transfer\u0103 datele dvs. \u00een afara SEE<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u0219i respect\u0103 legisla\u021bia UE privind serviciile de plat\u0103 \u0219i protec\u021bia datelor.<\/span><\/p><p><b>8.3. Transferuri c\u0103tre alte servicii IT \/ furnizori<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dac\u0103 anumite servicii tehnice (ex. furnizori de hosting, backup sau e-mail) utilizeaz\u0103 infrastructuri din afara SEE, astfel de transferuri se vor realiza numai cu implementarea uneia dintre garan\u021biile prev\u0103zute de GDPR:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clauze Contractuale Standard (SCC);<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">decizii de adecvare ale Comisiei Europene;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reguli corporatiste obligatorii (BCR);<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">alte mecanisme permise de art. 46 GDPR.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>8.4. Transparen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i drepturile dvs.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu transfer\u0103m \u0219i nu divulg\u0103m datele \u00een afara SEE f\u0103r\u0103 un temei legal \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 garan\u021bii adecvate pentru protec\u021bia lor.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pute\u021bi solicita \u00een orice moment informa\u021bii suplimentare privind garan\u021biile folosite pentru transferuri, trimi\u021b\u00e2nd o solicitare la adresa de contact indicat\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 politic\u0103.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>9.
