Obiectul serviciilor<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Website-ul are scopul de a prezenta serviciile Hungaro Residence \u0219i de a permite:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Rezervarea online a caz\u0103rii<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (camere\/apartamente\/pachete).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Plata online<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a serviciilor de cazare (integrat\u0103 prin EuPl\u0103tesc).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Solicitarea de rezerv\u0103ri la restaurant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u0219i\/sau alte servicii conexe (evenimente, pachete speciale), acolo unde este disponibil.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serviciile sunt destinate exclusiv utiliz\u0103rii personale sau profesionale legale, \u00een condi\u021biile acestor termeni.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>4. Pre\u021buri. TVA. Facturare<\/b><\/h4><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pre\u021burile afi\u0219ate pe website sunt exprimate \u00een <\/span><b>RON<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (lei).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>TVA:<\/b><b><br \/><br \/><\/b><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dac\u0103 Operatorul este pl\u0103titor de TVA, pre\u021burile afi\u0219ate <\/span><b>includ TVA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> conform legisla\u021biei \u00een vigoare.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dac\u0103 Operatorul nu este pl\u0103titor de TVA, pre\u021burile afi\u0219ate sunt <\/span><b>f\u0103r\u0103 TVA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (TVA neaplicabil).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pre\u021bul final al rezerv\u0103rii este cel afi\u0219at la momentul plas\u0103rii comenzii \u0219i include toate taxele obligatorii men\u021bionate \u00een pagina de rezervare.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen anumite perioade pot exista tarife promo\u021bionale sau pachete speciale cu condi\u021bii proprii (afi\u0219ate separat).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Facturare:<\/b><b><br \/><br \/><\/b><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Factura fiscal\u0103 se emite pe baza datelor furnizate de Client la rezervare.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clientul este responsabil s\u0103 furnizeze date corecte \u0219i complete pentru facturare (nume, adres\u0103, CNP\/CUI, etc.).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Factura poate fi transmis\u0103 electronic la adresa de e-mail indicat\u0103.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><h4><b>6. Prin urmare, rezerv\u0103rile confirmate nu beneficiaz\u0103 de dreptul legal de retragere.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen privin\u021ba rezerv\u0103rilor efectuate, sunt aplicabile condi\u021biile de anulare \u0219i de modificare a acestora, accesibile AICI.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4><b>8. Check-in \/ Check-out. Reguli de \u0219edere<\/b><\/h4><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Check-in:<\/b> <b>15:00 <\/b><b><br \/><br \/><\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Check-out: 11:00<\/b><b><br \/><br \/><\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sosirile t\u00e2rzii se anun\u021b\u0103 \u00een avans.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clientul se oblig\u0103 s\u0103 respecte regulile interne ale unit\u0103\u021bii (lini\u0219te, bunuri, cur\u0103\u021benie, fum\u0103tori\/nefum\u0103tori etc.).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deterior\u0103rile cauzate de Client se achit\u0103 integral conform evalu\u0103rii unit\u0103\u021bii.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ol><h4><b>9. Restaurant \u0219i servicii conexe<\/b><\/h4><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Restaurantul Hungaro Residence poate primi rezerv\u0103ri telefonic\/e-mail\/online (dac\u0103 op\u021biunea exist\u0103).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rezerv\u0103rile la restaurant sunt confirmate \u00een func\u021bie de disponibilitate.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru evenimente private (mese de grup, anivers\u0103ri etc.) pot exista condi\u021bii speciale, comunicate separat. \u00cen privin\u021ba serviciilor de rezervare a restaurantului pentru evenimente, p\u0103r\u021bile vor \u00eencheia un contract separat, fiind aplicabile condi\u021biile contractuale stipulate \u00een cadrul acestuia.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consumul \u00een restaurant se achit\u0103 la loca\u021bie sau online doar c\u00e2nd aceast\u0103 op\u021biune este afi\u0219at\u0103 explicit.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ol><h4><b>10. Drepturi \u0219i obliga\u021bii ale Clientului<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clientul are obliga\u021bia:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s\u0103 furnizeze date reale \u0219i complete;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s\u0103 respecte regulile unit\u0103\u021bii;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s\u0103 achite serviciile rezervate;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s\u0103 nu foloseasc\u0103 website-ul \u00een scopuri ilegale sau care pot prejudicia Operatorul ori ter\u021bi.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><b>11. Drepturile Operatorului<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Operatorul \u00ee\u0219i rezerv\u0103 dreptul:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s\u0103 modifice tarifele \u0219i ofertele (f\u0103r\u0103 a afecta rezerv\u0103rile deja confirmate);<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s\u0103 anuleze rezerv\u0103ri \u00een cazuri excep\u021bionale, cu comunicare c\u0103tre Client;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s\u0103 actualizeze unilateral ace\u0219ti Termeni \u0219i condi\u021bii (versiunea nou\u0103 publicat\u0103 pe site se aplic\u0103 din momentul afi\u0219\u0103rii).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><b>12. Limitarea r\u0103spunderii<\/b><\/h4><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Operatorul nu r\u0103spunde pentru:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">erori tehnice temporare ale platformei,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00eent\u00e2rzieri cauzate de ter\u021bi (procesatori, re\u021bele, furnizori),<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pierderi indirecte ale Clientului.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u0103spunderea Operatorului nu poate dep\u0103\u0219i suma efectiv pl\u0103tit\u0103 de Client pentru serviciul \u00een cauz\u0103.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ol><h4><b>13. Calea amiabil\u0103 fiind prima alternativ\u0103 pentru Operator, Clien\u021bii vor fi convoca\u021bi la o conciliere amiabil\u0103, \u00een \u00eencercarea de a solu\u021biona litigiul prin aceast\u0103 metod\u0103.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. \u00cen cazul imposibilit\u0103\u021bii de a solu\u021biona litigiul pe cale amiabil\u0103, Vom atrage aten\u021bia Clien\u021bilor \u00een privin\u021ba posibilit\u0103\u021bii recurgerii la procedura de Solu\u021bionare Alternativ\u0103 a Litigiului (SAL), care constituie o procedur\u0103 \u00een afara instan\u021belor judec\u0103tore\u0219ti, simpl\u0103, rapid\u0103 \u0219i necostisitoare care vine \u00een sprijinul consumatorilor \u00een privin\u021ba achizi\u021biilor litigioase.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.
